Business Objective: The client needed assistance managing the necessary at all levels: strategic, tactical, and operational because they had various practices and locations. Stacks of data in different Excels. There is no one center of gravity for all older systems. Every company process has too much manual intervention, which makes them prone to mistakes.
How we helped: An Appian-based multi-tenant application (SaaS product) that enables multiple customers/clients to sign up for and use the EPD product application also has the ability to configure and manage treatment templates for various types of treatments dynamically. It also manages medical data for patients and allows for fully automatic appointment scheduling, billing, the daily agenda for practitioners, and reports to show how well the practice is doing.
Profitability: Increasing income for the client by 20% in the first year of using the software by improving the total “Turn Around Time” of each procedure.
